And what part of the turbo? Because obviously the further the exhaust component is from the engine, the cooler it'll be (heat dissipates), so the mufflers and even cats/test pipes should be cooler than, say, manifolds. Furthermore, only the turbine is subjected directly to exhaust gases and only the center section is subjected to coolant. The compressor side gets hot from heat radiation, but not from having hot air flowing through it like the turbine side does. If I had to make an educated guess, I'd say the manifolds get hottest, the turbine gets next hottest, then downpipes, then the rest of the turbo (center section and compressor) as well as the rest of the exhaust would come in some order after those.
